WHO THEY ARE:
Founded by Sarah Briginshaw who had the desire to promote the wonderful creativity of her birth nation, South Africa. Today, SARZA is a well-known interior design-led business offering a curated collection of home goods, furniture and accessories. SARZA’s pieces are often hand-made and one-of-a-kind. Many of the products are created by Southern African small businesses that support communities, crafters and artisans by employing their skills and creative energies.
WHAT WE DID:
Our journey with Sarza began when they had approached us to take their eCommerce to the next level. They had been overspending on marketing channels that they didn’t need to be and needed to balance their organic vs paid media. Since working with the brand we’ve reduced their media budget by half and doubled their conversions through harnessing organic media, improving dynamic shopping channels and re-marketing campaigns. Top of Funnel strategies to increase their product and brand awareness, supported by organic Middle Funnel reach, then conversion tactics with Bottom of Funnel sales.
